
Over the last 30 years, Howard Taylor has been involved in all facets
of the finance industry including bank lending, secondary loan marketing,
securitization of credit, real estate investment banking, problem loan
workouts, bankruptcy turnarounds, development, acquisition and real estate
management. His experience is nationwide and encompasses virtually all
property types from raw land to high rise towers, regional malls and
golf course communities.
Mr. Taylor has an MBA from the University of Rochester as well as a
Masters in Banking from Brown University.

As President & CEO of the Armenia Group,
John Armenia is dedicated to implementing the Armenia Group's signature
style throughout the entire development process. He focuses critical
attention on concept and planning and implements the company's vision
through the Armenia Group's own general contracting company to ensure
excellence on all projects.
Mr. Armenia began his career as a general contractor and real estate
developer while attending St. John's University, where he graduated with
a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1967. He came to the barrier
islands of Sanibel and Captiva in 1979, after a successful real estate
development career in New York City.
Over the course of two-and-a-half decades, his company has influenced
the high standards of this treasured region. Landmarks of elegance such
as Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, Sanibel Hilton Inn, Dolce Vita and
Riviera restaurants, as well as many other fine living environments and
epicurean experiences, are synonymous with the Armenia Group name.

Continuing the tradition of excellence in partnership with his
father, Joseph Armenia is helping to lead the Armenia heritage into the
21st Century.
Mr. Armenia graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Real
Estate. He received an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University with
concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
Initiated into the family business at a young age, he also has extensive
experience as a real estate analyst, advisor and manager. He was a Manager
in Ernst & Young's Real Estate Advisory Services practice in New
York City. In this capacity, he played a leading role in the areas of
real estate investment banking, capital markets and financial services;
underwriting, due diligence and valuation, and real estate e-commerce
for an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Armenia returned to the Armenia Group in 2002 to help spearhead
the Company's latest and most exciting projects.

As Chief Underwriter for the Griffin Group, Jay Hinton focuses on project
analysis, documentation, valuation and presentation in addition to managing
the closing process.
Mr. Hinton graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology. He has experience in several different industries,
including quality assurance testing, teaching and residential mortgage
lending.
Since joining the Griffin Group, Mr. Hinton has analyzed and facilitated
the loan closings of senior debt, mezzanine and/or equity financing for
many types of properties including retail shopping centers, vacant land
(entitled and un-entitled), condominium projects, marinas and multi-use
projects.
